At Suffolk New College, we know that it benefits all of us to talk about mental health which is why we have such fantastic student support team and why we celebrated Mental Health Awareness week back in May with a fantastic stress-busting day with our students just before their exams.

1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems this year and having a colleague in your corner can make all the difference. That’s why this World Mental Health Day (Thurs 10th October) we are asking both staff and students to join us in wearing yellow and by donating to Suffolk Mind

There are lots of different ways to have a conversation about mental health and you don’t have to be an expert to talk. Why not visit and find out how the simple act of asking twice can help support our conversations with friends and co-workers.
