Holly and Heather are the This Girl Can Ambassadors for Suffolk New College. They would like to hear from female students about how they can help them be more comfortable and motivated to be active.
This year it is open to both staff and students (including those who aren’t studying English with us this year) and there are a variety of categories to choose from.

Youth social action is young people taking practical action to help others. To create positive social change that is of benefit to the wider community as well as themselves.
By identifying whether young people are engaging in social action, and how many are participating, the Ipswich Opportunity Area will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of current interventions in engaging young people and identify areas of need for social action programmes across Ipswich.
